Acoustic Trio
Hi gang. Just a quick one as we're trying to find out who would be interested in seeing Rach, Tony & Matt go out as a trio for a run of gigs over the coming months? We will be looking for small, intimate gigs so, if you know of somewhere that holds between 30 & 50 people and you would like to see the 3 of us there, just let us know where and who to contact and we'll make sure we look into it. Thanks everyone xx
Re: Acoustic Trio
Count me in if you're playing anywhere in or around London.
The Half-Moon in Putney is always a good place and another brilliant place for a gig is Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes. BBL is a bowling alley/american diner/kareoke cocktail bar in the basement of the Tavistock hotel by Euston station.
They regularly put bands on in the main club and they also have a seperate room called the Kingpin suite which would be perfect for an accoustic gig for around 40 people. The KP suite is completely self contained and also has 5 bowling lanes and its own bar .

Will try and have a think about other possible venues.

Re: Acoustic Trio
The New Hibernian in Maesteg, there are a lot of bands and great musicians in the Maesteg area and with some publicity and word of mouth a good crowd would easily turn up.

Re: Acoustic Trio
I've got a cracking venue in mind & might even pop in there for a beer this aft 'cos they're hosting an outdoor music festival today. This is the place the Portly Piggle & myself originally had in mind for the previous acoustic tour, but as I understand weren't so hot at getting back in touch. I also put Martin Jakubski in touch with them re;Stillmarillion gigs and they didn't respond to him, so let me know if your at all interested Matt.

Re: Acoustic Trio
Nice one matey. Sorry for the delay in replying but you know what's going on here - MAYHEM How did it go?
Re: Acoustic Trio
Well I did call in that afternoon, but they were hosting a mini-festival with lots of unsigned bands playing, so I didn't get round to mentioning anything 'cos their staff were far too busy. Leave it with me for a couple of week's & I'll try & sound them out sometime.
