Hi Gordie!

It's going great! Getting ideas together and bouncing ideas back and forth at the moment - it's all coming together really quite well!

Some fantastic ideas coming, so watch this space!

It's going really, really well mate. The ideas are flowing and there are some really interesting, fresh and exciting ideas coming out of all our respective studios. I am chomping at the bit to get together with the band and start arranging everything. Roll on March when we get together for our first major writing session over 4 days

Do you ever go back to material that may have been passed over when you recorded the previous albums and maybe develop those ideas further?

Hi mate. Any ideas that weren't used written during the sessions for past albums, are just backed up and stored away. Whenever we come to do a new album, we always use brand new material and ideas. We have never gone back to old ideas and tried to develop them further for another album. I am not sure what we will do with them to be honest. I'm a firm believer that if they didn't make the cut for the album we were writing at the time, then they probably won't make the cut for the album we are currently writing. Maybe one day we will look over all the discarded pieces of music and see what we can do with them but as it currently stands, they remain locked away in the Comet HQ vaults

Ayup there.......Any plans to put a live album out ? An audio disc of the HVF set may sell pretty well perhaps with other bits and pieces from other gigs

Good morning There are plans for a live album for sure. We wanted to do it last year but it just didn't happen. It is high on my priority list so, watch this space

No worries Matt, I thought it might have had problems getting through the snow at Christmas to darkest Wales. I'm always happy for people to buy me a pint though, especially as I only drink vodka!

More news soon mate and it's coming a long wonderfully. We are very happy and excited and yes, we have an album title but we're not letting anyone know just yet

Anyway I'll have Comet TV to occupy me from tomorrow.
